Tasks

-Website & Catalog Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date RP information on digital platforms and in printed catalogs. -Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Contact Center, Knowledge Management, Training, and QA teams to ensure accurate documentation, training materials, and customer support processes. -Coordinate the procedure for identifying and phasing out outdated components, collaborating with Product, Supply Chain, and Customer Solutions teams. -Pricing Strategy: Develop and maintain competitive and consistent pricing for all RPs, in collaboration with Finance and Sales. -Repair Part Setup: Manage the creation and configuration of new RP SKUs, ensuring accurate data entry and alignment with product lifecycle strategies. -Stocking & Distribution: Ensure efficient stocking levels and distribution strategies to support timely fulfillment across all sales channels. -Sales Support: Provide RP expertise and support for both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer sales initiatives, including promotions, product launches, and customer inquiries.

What You Bring

-Specific Experience: Proven track record of supporting technical products or repair parts. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field OR 4+ years of experience in product management, inventory control, or a similar position. -Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP, PIM, and e-commerce platforms. -Customer Focus: Understanding of customer needs in both B2B and D2C environments. -Travel up to 20% -Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze information effectively, interpret data, and make informed decisions. -Industry Knowledge: Experience managing complex product catalogs and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
