The Role
Overview
Maintain and repair batch plant equipment, perform scheduled upkeep, troubleshoot, and ensure safety.

Tasks
-Keep up to date with industry codes and standards and ensure compliance in all work. -Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations. -Train and mentor less experienced team members, as needed. -Current employees are required to speak with their immediate manager before applying for any open positions.* -Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety protocols and Procedures -Collaborate with other trades professionals, such as HVAC technicians or plumbers, as needed. -Read and interpret batch plant schematics and -Troubleshoot and diagnose problems and provide -Perform scheduled maintenance on batch plant systems to ensure optimal -Install and repair components related to batch plant -Participate in the teardown and setup of batch -Support, improve and standardize batch

What You Bring
-Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, if required. -Excellent communication and customer service skills. -Ability to work independently or as part of a team. -The work may require standing, kneeling, or bending for long periods of time. -The work may require travel to different job sites. -Valid driver's license. -Field Mechanics work both indoors and outdoors, often in extreme temperatures and weather conditions -Basic understanding of plumbing, pipe fitting and fabrication. -Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs. -Knowledge of batch plant functions and operation. -Familiarity with a variety of batch plants and equipment. -Ability to climb ladders and work at heights. -Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment. -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
