-Leverage strong business judgment and technical knowledge to assess what is technically feasible and strategically vital for the business, while coordinating and aligning your product roadmap and features with other product teams to manage interactions and dependencies -Bring the product to life through written and verbal communication aimed at creating exceptional customer experiences while collaborating with UX designers, engineers, data scientists, and other subject matter experts to ensure the successful execution of your vision -Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Crop Input Products throughout the John Deere tech stack -Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for automating data quality that contributes to complete farm records

-Solid design sensibilities and ability to create simple products that users love -Experience collaborating with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to create innovative solutions -A passion and proficiency for agriculture, construction, and technology and its potential to enhance lives -Experience building software products in a product management role -Experience working with customers and engineers with proven ability to rally a team to build great products -Strong independent judgement, problem solving skills, and ability to make timely decisions in the best interests of the customer and the company -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative to build strong and productive relationships and communicate clearly to audiences of all levels -Business strategy and business case definition experience -Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs -3+ years of experience in a technology Product Management or similar role -Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or similar discipline or equivalent related work experience -Technically fluent - able to engage deeply with engineering teams without needing to write code
