Tasks

-Provide a report to the Assistant Program Manager that details the following for all assigned projects: -Develop Quotes and approve expenditures up to an authorized limit. -Packing and shipping of tools, equipment and materials for assigned projects. -Fill out and submit PR’s to purchasing as required. -Submit Daily CR Priority List to WFE. -Fill out shop fab worksheets for work to be performed in machine shop. -Develop & maintain spreadsheets for tracking status of TGIs and JML Material per Job# -Manage the resolution of all TGI TWD Review sheets. -Monitor on site vendor performance and conduct periodic site surveillances as directed. -Development and routing of MOAs. -Track, maintain, and review Work Procedures, Discrepancy Reports, and Work Procedure material needs. -Track and manage all aspects of Program Production Material. -Maintain DDS Daily Work Progress Reports. -Provide updates to Project Manager that include the following: -Attend meetings for Asst Program Manager or Project Manager as required. -Write Condition Reports to support production work. -Development of POAMs. -May be asked to perform in a Production Supervisor role at the direction of the Asst Program Manager. -Track project discrepancies and provide weekly list to Project Manager. -Develop Statements of Work.

What You Bring

-Must be familiar with basic tool usage, valve assemblies, high and low air pressure systems, blueprint/drawing, and reading marine/navy terminology. -Experience handling SUBSAFE and Material Classification Code material is preferred. -Prefabricated materials status with ECD/EDD. -Ability to effectively communicate with personnel within the company. -Total required, issued (indicate P & E status for completion), working and closed (Updated TGI Matrix for EVMs). -High School/GED or equivalent. -Basic computer skills, proficient is MS Word, Power Point, and Excel. -Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. -Minimum one (1) year experience working in a SUBSAFE/SOC environment. -TGI status. -Ability to establish relationships and maintain good communication channels. -Materials at vendor status (eg…plasitsol, waterjet cut…), Shop pre-fab. Expedite by interface with Materials Expediter.
