The Role

Overview

Test and develop water quality products, run experiments, and verify performance.

Tasks

-Helps trouble shoot equipment, provides technical support, facilities and processes daily activities and major projects. -Support quality control by testing raw materials and finished products. -Set up and conduct experiments and testing procedures with accuracy and attention to detail. -Assist the engineering department in resolving product issues or production difficulties. -Participates in new product launch, part drawing, prototype and production tool drawing. -Record test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations for changes in product or test method -Follow good laboratory practices and safety procedures. -Test prototypes to verify products performance and reliability. -Assist with construction of product prototypes and test apparatuses. -Analyze indicated and calculated test results in relation to design or rated specifications and test objectives, and modifies or adjusts equipment to meet specifications -Keep laboratory management and key project stakeholders updated on progress. -Set up and conducts all regulatory tests (NSF,ANSI) -Develop and improve test capabilities for water filtration and conditioning systems .

What You Bring

-Engineering or Technical Related Education preferred -Experience with laboratory equipment such as pH meters, hot plates, propeller mixers, etc. -Minimum of 2 years' experience in Production Testing or Product Development -Experience with testing process and systems knowledge -Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of handling multiple projects at once. -Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. -Strong creative thinking, technical writing, and organizational skills. -Travel Required: Less than 10% -Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. -Experience with test equipment set up and plumbing -Associate’s degree (A.A.) from two-year college or technical school required or equivalent experience -Proficient in applying mathematical concepts like fractions, percentages, and ratios to real-world situations.
