Tasks

Conceptualize, plan, and lead effective marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels, ensuring consistency with the Gamlaa Bioscapes brand voice. Measure, report, and improve campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI metrics for continuous optimization. Support the development, launch, and positioning of new service offerings, campaigns, or product lines. Conduct market research and analyze consumer and competitor trends relevant to greenery, landscaping, and corporate wellness sectors. Build and manage relationships with vendors, partners, and external agencies for campaign execution and promotions. Collaborate with business development, creative, and operations teams to create compelling marketing materials and customer engagement activities. Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and support business development goals. Oversee content creation for social media, email newsletters, website, and other platforms, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.

What You Bring

Familiarity with CRM tools, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation software. 3+ years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or equivalent roles, preferably in B2B, corporate landscaping, or wellness sectors Creative problem-solving skills and a curiosity for new marketing trends. Experience working with B2B brands or service-based organizations.
