Application Analyst

Overview

Support PMIS by handling tickets, testing, documentation, and training assistance.

Tasks

-Perform regression testing using predefined cases, maintain the test case library, and contribute to user documentation and support logs. Identify common system issues, document resolutions, and support PMIS stability -Support training delivery by coordinating logistics and addressing basic user inquiries -Execute defined system processes (e.g., ACS management, UoM updates) under the guidance of the Senior Application Analyst. Conduct basic audits to monitor adherence to PMIS standards and flag inconsistencies -Collaborate with the Senior Application Analyst to develop foundational knowledge of business processes and PMIS configurations that support operational needs -Assist with creating and updating training materials, participate in “train-the-trainer” sessions, and help track user engagement and feedback -Triage and respond to ServiceNow tickets for assigned PMIS modules, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of user requests. Escalate complex issues and track progress to closure

What You Bring

-Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role -Demonstrated ability to follow structured procedures and learn new systems -Familiarity with construction or project-based environments -Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes accurately -Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and respond to guidance from senior staff -Exposure to enterprise systems such as InEight, JD Edwards, or similar project management or ERP tools -Experience using ServiceNow or other ticketing systems -Experience supporting training or documentation efforts in a technical or business setting -Degree or technical diploma in Business administration, engineering, technology, or related field -Basic understanding of business operations or interest in learning how technology supports business processes
