Tasks

-Collaborates with PMCs and design consultants to ensure accurate productivity outputs. -Evaluates supporting data (e.g., procurement, quality) to inform schedule health. -Assesses mitigation schedules, providing independent analysis and recommendations. -Ensures alignment with PMO standards, reviewing dashboards and planning procedures. -Manages and assesses project interfaces that may impact delivery. -Conducts regular site visits to validate real-time progress and schedule accuracy. -Monitors progress against baseline programmes, identifying delays and reporting performance. -Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely information flow. -Tracks project performance, identifying trends and developing mitigation strategies. -Reviews and analyses schedules, including critical paths, float, and change documentation. -Develops and maintains integrated master schedules (Level 3 to Level 2). -Prepares monthly planning reports highlighting risks, trends, and impacts on progress. -Leads the application of planning and scheduling methodologies, tools, and techniques across projects.

Requirements
