Tasks

-Oversee and manage projects from design to construction completion. -Deliver a range of cadastral and subdivision surveys, across greenfield, urban and rural development sites. -Supervise and mentor survey team members, supporting their professional growth and development. -Liaise with clients, councils, consultants and government agencies. -Implement and uphold quality standards to ensure all work meets SurveyPlus and clients’ standards. -Contribute to process improvements and support the ongoing enhancement of our surveying systems and procedures. -Use of the latest facilities, vehicles, and survey equipment.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of the NSW subdivision process and LRS/industry regulations. -Bachelor of Surveying (or equivalent) with experience in the land development industry. -Current Australian driver’s license. -Current Registration with BOSSI as a Registered Surveyor in NSW. -Strong commitment to quality, teamwork, and client service. -Proficiency in modern surveying instruments, including Total Stations, GNSS, and 3D Laser Scanners.
