Project Architect

Overview

Design and deliver retail/restaurant projects from concept to construction using Revit and CAD.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Design Documentation of retail -Keep supervisors informed of changes in scope or schedule -Utilizing Revit to produce client deliverables -Communicating changes in project scope or schedule -Implementation of prototypes -Revise drawings per RFI's, bulletins, and addendums -Ensure brand standard updates are incorporated in models, drawings, etc. -Work on MEP coordination sets -Create, assemble, and issue client deliverables utilizing CAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Sketchup or other medium -Assists with the layout of small projects, test fits, and development of details. -Implement building codes and ensure drawing adhere to codes, regulations, and sustainability standards -Perform quality assurance checks to ensure the deliverables are error free

What You Bring

-Degree in Architecture or relevant field -Custom detailing -Ability to work on various brands in a fast-changing environment -Asist with review of survey documents. Ability to create accurate drawings from the Site surveys, record sets, and as built drawings -Good communication and presentation skills -Experience working for a multi-office/multi-time zone company -Working effectively within a collaborative team environment -Working knowledge in Sketch-up, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, etc. -Minimum 2 years of retail work experience
