Perform HVAC maintenance, filter changes, cleaning, and general mechanical tasks.

Tasks

-Change and service filters, oil & grease bearings and perform belt adjustment and replacement services. -Perform indoor air quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans. -General housekeeping tasks that are required by the customer to operate mechanical equipment. -Clean and perform routine maintenance as required

Requirements

• high school
• vehicle license
• ppe

What You Bring

-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions -Ability to wear a company uniform and maintain a neat personal appearance -Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). i.e. but not limited to, Dust mask, gloves, eye protection and hearing protection. -Valid Vehicle Operators license -Ability to lift, move and carry material up to 50 lbs. -Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work at extended heights. -Ability to stand, sit or squat for extended periods of time. -High School Diploma or equivalent required.
