Overview

Lead payroll operations, ensure accuracy, drive improvements and manage stakeholder relationships.

Tasks

-Measure results through metrics, benchmarks and service level agreements. (15%) -Build and maintain relationships with key managers in the customer and strategic partner areas. -Lead/Manage strategy for payroll operations. (30%) -Initiate process improvement initiatives that create a competitive advantage and drive continuous improvement. -Lead strategic partner relationships with corporate finance/legal and business unit leads. (15%) -Provide strong leadership and oversight to management and union employees. (15%) -Responsible for measuring metrics, customer satisfaction, and SLA levels in Payroll Services -Implement process improvement initiatives. (25%) -Responsible for decisions impacting the service delivery of payroll processing, account reconciliations, benefit reporting, and payroll tax reporting. -Manage a level of spend consisting of $8 Million - $10 Million.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability to select, evaluate, coach, and develop staff. -In lieu of degree 12-15, years of relevant experience -At least 5 years of relevant management experience in HR, Payroll (Oracle cloud experience a plus) or financial operations. -Multiple locations posting. Selected candidate can reside in IL, DC, DE, MD, or PA Exelon Corporate locations** -Demonstrated business acumen, employee awareness, and ability to create value. -Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline and a minimum of 12 or more years of overall experience. -Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change.
