Overview

Perform multi‑trade maintenance and repairs in residential properties.

Tasks

-Attending reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, and on occasions planned refurbishment jobs (within void properties)

What You Bring

-Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK -Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people -Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents. -Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant response environment experience (albeit not essential) -Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade -Use your skills to undertake multi trade work, including jobs mostly related to carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling repair. Working in a domestic setting, you have the opportunity to utilise your fault finding and problem-solving capabilities.
