Tasks

-Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. -Responsible and accountable for meeting internal and customer specifications, as well as documenting and certifying that cement shipped meets applicable requirements. -Command Mix Management. -Ensure that Quality Department areas are operated safely and in an environmentally responsible manner. -Ensure Quadrel Materials Management (including pricing). -Responsible for all Mix Design Submittals for all of the Mountain Region for RMX. -Coordinate with other plant departments for continuous improvement in procedures, materials, testing schedules, and equipment. -Responsible for Specification Review. -Manage DOT relations.
