Reporting directly to ownership, the President, Finance & Investments will serve as the company’s senior financial leader, overseeing corporate finance, accounting, capital markets, and investment strategy. This is a rare opportunity to influence long-term growth, shape capital platforms, and partner closely with ownership on high-impact development initiatives.
- Structure, negotiate, and secure financing for ground-up development phases, including construction loans, JV equity, and recapitalizations.
- Oversee corporate finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-entity financial reporting.
- Provide senior-level financial leadership on major multi-phase development initiatives.
- Lead and execute long-term financial and capital strategies across all business units and development projects.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to ownership on long-term growth, capital planning, and organizational structure.
- Partner with development and operations teams to evaluate project economics and capital needs.
- Build and manage relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and capital partners.

On behalf of our client, a well-established, privately held real estate development and investment company, we are seeking an accomplished and strategic President, Finance & Investments to lead the organization’s overall financial and capital strategy. This executive will play a central role in financing and supporting a major, multi-phase mixed-use development while also guiding the company’s broader portfolio.
- Demonstrated ability to structure multi-phase development financings and manage capital relationships.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in real estate finance, capital markets, development finance, or investment management.
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and a collaborative leadership style.
- Experience operating in complex, multi-entity structures.
- Background with an integrated developer, owner-operator, real estate investment platform, capital markets leadership role within a development firm, investment banking experience with a transition to the ownership side, or a family office with significant real estate investments.
