-Supervise project team and mentor junior staff. -Collaborate with Project Manager and communicate project progress. -Maintain a professional work atmosphere. -Record meeting notes and perform construction administration tasks. -Prepare project documentation for client approvals and permits. -Organize workload assignments and develop redlines. -Lead architectural/multi-discipline projects and coordinate with team members, clients, contractors, and agencies. -Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress. -Assist in determining and coordinating project staffing. -Perform construction walkthroughs and verify close-out documentation. -Review RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals. -Implement architectural procedures and techniques. -Support field reports, conflict resolution, and change order reviews. -Ensure project deliverables meet client standards.
