Tasks

-Conduct internal process and product audits -Gather production and quality data to create and monitor quality-related metrics and KPIs -Lead and support the corrective action process in response to negative trends and data analysis -Document standard work in method sheets, procedures, or work instructions -Lead and participate in problem-solving investigations in response to internal or external nonconformances -Create NCNs and support disposition of Nonconforming products -Create and circulate quality alerts and quality plans

What You Bring

-Excellent organizational skills -Previous experience using Lean Manufacturing and Problem-Solving techniques -Works Independently to achieve tasks assigned -2yr or 4yr degree in an Engineering-related field, or equivalent work experience -Min. 5 years experience working in a manufacturing environment, with preference to metal fabrication or electrical equipment manufacturing -Ability to read and understand manufacturing prints and electrical drawings -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -ISO 9001 experience, with previous auditing experience a plus -Quality-related certifications, including CQT, CQE, or similar are a plus -Demonstrated problem solving skills including the ability to use 8D and similar methods to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
