Tasks

-Automate and enhance recurring financial reports to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. -Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A teams to improve data structures, reporting consistency, and process automation. -Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to help business leaders understand performance metrics, cost drivers, and ROI opportunities. -Support forecasting and budgeting processes through data preparation, validation, and analysis (but not direct ownership of those deliverables). -Develop and maintain reporting dashboards in tools such as Excel and Power BI to provide visibility into business performance. -Support FP&A’s strategic initiatives by contributing analytical rigor and BI-focused solutions. -Lead financial consolidation across FP&A, ensuring accurate and timely aggregation of forecasts and results. -Perform variance and trend analysis to explain performance drivers and support decision-making.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. -Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Advanced proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools, advanced Excel, and experience with SQL and/or other coding languages. -Strong understanding of financial statements and key performance metrics. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field. -Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. -3+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or analytics. -Willingness to work as a team and independently. -Proven ability to manage and consolidate large datasets into meaningful insights.
