The Role
Overview
Operate plant machinery, load/unload materials, and perform manual tasks in cement production.

Tasks
-Load and unload materials and products to/from ships -Undertake training to obtain additional licences necessary for the role -Operate fixed and mobile machinery -Perform manual physical work on the plant including labouring and cleaning -Provide relief to shift operations where required

-Show initiative to succeed when troubleshooting and problem solving -Demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team but equally at home working autonomously. -Have basic computing skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Possess a desire for further career development with a proactive and positive attitude -Desirable to hold a current HR, forklift, front-end-loader, and skid steer license. -Be physically fit and comfortable when working in confined spaces -Have an aptitude for all things mechanical
