Tasks

Run complex installations with confidence and accountability Lead onsite execution from mobilization to turnover Handles service orders and project administration Direct subcontractors and ensure alignment with site expectations Serves as the face of Evergreen to our customers onsite by providing top-notch service and product training Identify and communicate change orders and field conditions Manage daily schedules, progress tracking, and materials Work closely with PMs, Engineers, and Technicians to drive project efficiency Mentor and support crews in the field Oversee system testing, commissioning, and end-user training Ensures safety through compliance with relevant State and Federal regulations Performs follow-up to ensure the client is ready for inspection Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects -Run complex installations with confidence and accountability -Lead onsite execution from mobilization to turnover -Handles service orders and project administration -Direct subcontractors and ensure alignment with site expectations -Serves as the face of Evergreen to our customers onsite by providing top-notch service and product training -Identify and communicate change orders and field conditions -Manage daily schedules, progress tracking, and materials -Work closely with PMs, Engineers, and Technicians to drive project efficiency -Mentor and support crews in the field -Oversee system testing, commissioning, and end-user training -Ensures safety through compliance with relevant State and Federal regulations -Performs follow-up to ensure the client is ready for inspection -Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects
