Tasks
-Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics on compensation trends, data integrity, and HR metrics. -Partner with vendors and consultants on system releases, integrations, and updates. -Translate business requirements into system configurations, functional specifications, and technical solutions. -Identify and implement process and system enhancements across broader HR modules (e.g., Performance, Learning, Recruiting, Employee Central). -Contribute to data governance initiatives to improve data quality, security, and compliance within HR systems. -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with minimal disruption to HR operations, ensuring timely root-cause analysis and resolution. -Collaborate with HR, Data Analytics, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integration integrity, and compliance across SAP and SuccessFactors environments. -Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials. -Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Compensation and Variable Pay modules within SAP SuccessFactors. -Support and optimize HR processes for salary planning, merit cycles, incentive programs, and compensation structures. -Lead or participate in HR technology projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, testing, and communications.

What You Bring
-Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or equivalent). -Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or similar preferred. -3–5+ years of HRIS experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation (additional module experience preferred). -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. -Proven ability to plan, coordinate, test, and deploy HR technology projects. -Strong understanding of compensation principles, processes, and compliance standards. -SuccessFactors Certification (Compensation or Employee Central). -Experience with change management and HR process transformation initiatives. -Regular, reliable attendance -Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. -Experience with SAP HCM or integration between SAP and SuccessFactors. -Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks in HR systems. -Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
