Tasks

-Partners with Development Leadership/Service Owners to ensure healthy development process. -Engages frequently (50% of the time) with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions. -Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, QA, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver features. -Continuously evaluate product performance and user feedback to guide iterative improvements. -Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product demos across multiple scrum teams. -Own and drive the product roadmap for network applications within the grid software suite. -Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs. -Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit. -Translate customer needs and market trends into clear product requirements and user stories. -Ensure alignment with regulatory standards, customer expectations, and technical feasibility.

-Excellent Team Player: Able to work collaboratively across diverse teams and geographies. -Demonstrates strategic level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity. -Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or Power Systems. -Strong grasp of power system modeling, simulation, and analysis. -Methodical Thinker: Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. -Familiarity with SCADA, EMS, and grid operations workflows. -Effective Communicator: Able to articulate complex technical concepts to varied audiences. -13+ Experience in Power Systems background. -Strong understanding of Agile Methodology.
