Tasks
-Coordinate projects and collaborate closely with the broader development and design teams to achieve successful outcomes. -Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring documentation and compliance with internal and external standards. -Deliver high-quality flood studies, floodplain management plans, and risk assessments, clearly communicating flood conditions, regulatory requirements, and potential impacts of proposed developments on upstream and downstream properties. -Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and the delivery of practical, high-quality solutions. -Manage project timelines, budgets, and invoicing, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. -Provide technical expertise and guidance to peers, while mentoring and supporting junior team members in their professional growth. -Regular team-building activities, social activities, and team sports

What You Bring
-Proven experience in preparing and reviewing flood studies and flood risk management plans. -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and willingness to take on new challenges. -Strong technical skills using hydrological and hydraulic modelling software and GIS tools such as TUFLOW, RORB/WBNM, HEC-RAS, DRAINS, and 12D. -A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields -5+ year’s experience in civil or stormwater engineering and flood management related projects.
