Tasks

-Best practice sharing: facilitate the exchange of lessons learnt and best practices, and acknowledge those who have contributed to improvements -Use this analysis and reporting to inform the planning and implementation of the annual site strategy deployment projects and continuous improvement (CI) plan. -Operational Excellence: contribute to Eaton's OpA programme by encouraging processes and behaviours that benefit the business -Lead or facilitate structured improvement projects, utilising lean and six sigma tools, to address identified opportunities. -Employee ideas: assist in identifying and implementing suggestions from employees -Support and enhance processes and behaviours that cultivate a culture of continuous improvement (CI), including: -Support the site with ongoing reporting and analysis of key business performance metrics for both manufacturing and business support functions, to identify the highest potential opportunities for improvement across the business High Five metrics.

What You Bring

-Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. -Meticulous attention to detail and a strong drive to achieve commitments and targets -Experienced in organisational change management -Hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma principles -At least three years’ experience in a technical role within industrial or manufacturing environments. -Strong ethics and values, with the ability to positively influence others’ decision-making -Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in engineering or another technical discipline. -Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills -Proficient in problem-solving methodologies including A3, 8D, and DMAIC -The CI management system (Gemba walks, daily accountability, visual management, process checks, 5S+, standard work) -Demonstrated project management capabilities -Skilled in data analytics and statistical analysis
