Tasks

-Define update and review cycles to ensure documentation remains current as systems evolve. -Create, organize, and maintain system documentation, process narratives, and reference materials that reflect current functionality and configuration. -Support compliance activities by maintaining accurate, traceable documentation that demonstrates system controls, processes, and validation evidence. -Establish and manage documentation repositories to improve accessibility, discoverability, and consistency. -Partner with Engineering, QA, and Program Management to ensure documentation accurately represents implemented features, integrations, and system behavior. -Promote documentation best practices across teams to improve clarity, usability, and long-term maintainability.

What You Bring

-Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and alignment with program standards. -Maturing documentation practices or introducing frameworks across distributed technical teams. -Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated success creating clear, structured, and reusable content. -Strong technical acumen and ability to understand software architecture, integrations, and system dependencies. -Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Information Systems, or a related discipline—or equivalent professional experience. -Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and Markdown. -Knowledge of document lifecycle management, version control, and publishing standards. -Experience creating visual documentation, such as diagrams and process maps, to support technical clarity. -Experience developing or managing documentation supporting compliance or certification efforts. -5+ years of experience developing and maintaining documentation for complex software systems or enterprise platforms.
