Overview

Conduct utility site surveys, produce records & AutoCAD drawings for energy projects.

Tasks

-Assisting with the preparation and publication of project related and tender documentation. -Maintain and check all survey equipment, as required -Carrying out topographic surveys of sites, establishing control where necessary. -Creation of ‘as-laid’ records, editing, validation, publication and submission of service records. -Carrying out progress surveys of works using GNSS and/or Total Station and by taking measurements and photographs to accurately plot newly installed utility service routes and other related construction works. -Creation, preparation and amendment of AutoCAD drawings and other electronic documentation. -Setting out including profiles, batter boards, high accuracy concrete works etc.

What You Bring

-Full UK Driving licence -Microsoft Office including Word, Excel. -Use of Leica GNSS & Robotic TS equipment. -Membership of a professional body (RICS/CICES) -Experienced in AutoCAD Map3D / Civil 3D / GIS -Previous experience with utility networks -CSCS/SMSTS / SSSTS -AutoCAD 2D & 3D to an advanced level. -Land Surveying / Civil Engineering background.
