Tasks

-Reviewing, developing and implementing new rail performance indicators; and -Monitoring, analysing, and interpreting data to extract meaningful insights into rail performance; -Conducting comprehensive assessments to ensure the accuracy of statistics; -Performing checks and audits on the data collection processes of rail operators; -Fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve rail performance.

What You Bring

-Leadership skills and relevant working experience in data analysis, sense making of data from systems or working experience in public sector or rail industry will be an advantage. -Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, including minutes taking and technical writing skills. -Good time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines. -Knowledge in Statistics, Data Science, Business or related discipline. -Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to develop strategic, evidence- based recommendations, coupled with keen insight into operational and ground challenges. -Self-motivation and resourcefulness to produce innovative solutions. -The ability to work both independently and as a team, and multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
