-5+ years of experience in Industrial Planning, ideally with a Millwright or boilermaker background -Must have working knowledge of MS Dynamic software -Willingness to work in an office and field environment with a high degree of interaction between management, technical, maintenance, operations and others involved in planning work -Self-motivated with willingness to take on increasing responsibility -Proficient in applying all necessary MS Dynamics tools and features to meet organizational planning requirements. -Excellent verbal and written communications skills -Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications (Outlook, SharePoint, TEAMS, MS Word, Excel, etc.) -Ability to work with minimal supervision
