- Mentor and support project staff while ensuring compliance, safety, and quality standards. - Oversee environmental remediation projects involving asbestos, lead, and hazardous materials. The ideal candidate brings both technical expertise and business development acumen—someone who enjoys building relationships as much as leading successful project teams. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. - Professional certifications (e.g., CAC, CDPH, CIH, CSP, or similar) a plus. - Strong business development and client relationship experience in the environmental sector. Our client, a well-established environmental consulting and remediation firm specializing in lead, asbestos, and hazardous materials, is seeking an experienced Environmental Professional to serve as a Team/Practice Lead as they grow their Southern California practice. - Proven success managing environmental or hazardous material remediation projects.
