-Demonstrable experience of working within residential or commercial property maintenance setting -Highly skilled communicator -High level of organisation and attention to detail -Comfortable working independently in properties across Edinburgh -Ability to collaborate with different teams within the organisation -A confident decision-maker and quick problem solver -Enthusiastic and an adaptable approach to a varied workday -Basic knowledge of plumbing, joinery and locks -Highly professional attitude towards guests, clients and service providers -Full, clean UK driving licence is required
