Senior Integration Engineer

Tasks

You will work collaboratively with developers, consultants, and project management teams to maintain the functional integrity of one of the region’s most ambitious master-planned developments. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary design custodian team shaping the infrastructure backbone of a landmark development. This is a chance to contribute your expertise to a high-profile project that integrates engineering innovation, sustainability, and world-class urban design. -Support the Design Custodian Lead in risk assessments, compliance reporting, and presentations to senior management. -Liaise with Developers, Stakeholders, PMC, and Client teams to obtain design inputs and facilitate approvals. -Promote a proactive, collaborative, and high-quality engineering environment within the team. -Conduct technical and third-party reviews of developers’ infrastructure designs to ensure compliance with master planning standards and project vision. -Contribute to BIM model updates and conduct clash analyses to ensure alignment with evolving master plan requirements. -Lead and coordinate all aspects of roads and utilities integration within the master plan. -Prepare and maintain site-wide guidelines, plot regulation sheets, and supporting documentation.

What You Bring

Interested candidates currently based in the GCC or with prior regional experience are highly encouraged to apply. -Excellent English communication (written and spoken). -Highly organized, methodical, and outcome-driven approach to work. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. -Experience preparing guidelines, sequencing schedules, and compliance deliverables. -Strong understanding of infrastructure integration, utilities planning, and design standards. -Proficiency in BIM (3D Modelling) and strong presentation/reporting skills. -Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure planning, roads, and utilities design within major development or master planning projects. -Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively.
