This includes participating and developing material for proposals and project interviews, determining scope of work, estimating fees, negotiating contracts, budgeting and cost control, scope and schedule control, staff resource management and quality control of all assigned projects.
Serve as primary client contact.
Coordinate efforts with local, state, regional and federal agencies.
Manage all aspects of the project from identification of opportunities through project close out.
