Tasks
-Providing administrative support to the Service Manager and Service Sales Representatives. -Maintain weekly sales and operations reporting at the request of the Branch Manager. -Processing weekly expenses and assisting with payroll as needed for our Service Team. -Performing general day-to-day administrative duties and updating necessary reports. -Manage Service billings, including obtaining missing Purchase Orders and requesting Not-to-Exceed (NTE) limits as needed. -Serving as the primary point of contact for customer repair calls and creating notifications to alert our Service Team. -Manage the Service Scheduler with our Service Manager, being able to identify upcoming work/repairs and communicating to the customer while overcoming objections during peak business periods. -Processing upcoming Service jobs per company policy, includes obtaining all needed documents with our internal team and our customers. -Manage the complete lifecycle of vendor Purchase Orders (POs), including creating, filing, digitally receiving inventory, and ongoing record maintenance in compliance with company standards. -Ensure optimal customer service by promptly answering all incoming calls on the main office line, professionally triaging and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel without delays that would lead to voicemail. -Facilitate weekly branch meetings and maintain the agenda.
