Overview
Lead and oversee federal construction projects, managing crews, schedules, safety.

Tasks
-Coordinate and supervise design-build and bid-build projects from mobilization through closeout. -Review, collect, and submit shop drawings, product data, and test reports. -Foster a “Safety First” culture on all job sites. -Manage daily subcontractor activities and jobsite logistics. -Review project estimates and budgets with the operations and project management teams. -Complete daily and weekly reports, maintaining a photo journal of progress. -Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure project success. -Implement quality control and quality assurance processes. -Build and maintain construction schedules and short-term look-ahead schedules.

What You Bring
-Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster strong jobsite culture. -Willingness and ability to travel as required. -15+ years of experience in construction management or field supervision. -Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project. -Degree in Construction Management preferred. -Strong collaboration and partnership approach with contractors, designers, and clients. -Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to project execution. -Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. -Experience in Life Sciences or Manufacturing construction preferred.
