Tasks

-Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects. -Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost. -Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio. -Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.

What You Bring

-Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage. -Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills. -Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts. -Candidates who have relevant experience in the same industry will have an added advantage. -Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing. -At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
