Tasks

-Maintain PPV Funnel and Execution of PPV Projects -Performing cost analyses and setting benchmarks for quality and cost. -Auditing and onboarding of new vendors, risk review -Ensuring timely delivery of materials and services from vendors to support operations. -Develop team competencies and cross-training -Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and new suppliers. -Lead Purchase Price Variance (PPV) opportunities -Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders (engineering, operations, finance, warehouse). -Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous terms. -Developing and executing procurement strategies that align with company goals.

What You Bring

-Supply Chain and procurement – E2E knowledge, regulations -Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills. -Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is highly desirable. -Strong knowledge of procurement and vendor management software (Oracle, SAP). -Financial awareness – P&L, S&OP -A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, supply chain management, or a related field is essential. -Office Suite (data analytics, presentation) -MRP – ordering, parts parameters / maintenance, planningBasic -Analysis – problem solving and getting to the root cause. -Additional certification such as Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) -Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role, and experience in a senior position handling complex procurement task -Listening and communication
