Tasks

-Complete work orders and service reports accurately and promptly. -Adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and company guidelines. -Install and replace commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, packaged units, and refrigeration systems, with precision and attention to detail. -Service heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and ice machines. -Climb and descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs. -Maintain accurate measurements and fittings for high-quality installations. -Read and interpret wiring diagrams, and schematics. -Perform pipefitting, brazing, and soldering for seamless refrigerant piping connections. -Collaborate with dispatchers, coordinators, and supervisors for seamless project execution. -Perform preventative maintenance and recommend repairs to minimize downtime. -Provide facility condition assessments and recommend enhancements. -Respond to emergency service requests with professionalism and urgency. -Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and equipment changeouts on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. -Troubleshoot installation challenges to ensure system functionality.

-Exceptional attention to detail for precise measurements and fittings. -Company-issued iPad and iPhone for streamlined communication and documentation. -Lift up to 75 lbs. and maneuver in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics). -Manometer and multimeter -Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve installation and service issues. -High school diploma or GED. -Strong time management and adaptability to diverse HVAC systems and technologies. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Familiarity with industry software (e.g., Service Titan management tools) is a plus. -Advanced proficiency in HVAC system installation and maintenance, including electrical and mechanical components. -2–5 years of proven experience in HVAC system installation and service. -Expertise in pipefitting, brazing, and soldering for refrigerant piping. -Company-issued cellphone and tablet -Willingness to wear required PPE. -EPA Certification. -Work independently with minimal supervision while delivering exceptional customer service. -Ability to meet enhanced security clearance requirements. -Hand Tools, Drills, and Sawzall -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. -Completion of a relevant HVAC apprenticeship, Journeyman’s license, or technical training program. -Ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks. -Flexibility to work overtime and travel across the state and neighboring states (with overnight stays) for training, meetings, or client-site visits. -Excellent communication and customer service skills for client interactions.
