Overview

Supervises maintenance staff and ensures property upkeep at a 312‑unit affordable housing community.

Tasks

-Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned -Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units -Assess and repair appliances as needed -Create and maintain a safe work environment -Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents -Perform preventative maintenance on property -Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise

What You Bring

-Advanced knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair -HVAC and EPA experience preferred -Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required -CPO certification preferred -3 - 5 years previous experience in maintenance preferred
