Tasks

-Prepare and maintain comprehensive contract documentation (RFIs, site instructions, change orders, progress claims, project close-out records). -Develop project summary sheets showcasing past experience, preferably in condominium, mixed-use, commercial or institutional projects. -Lead and monitor medium to large-scale projects through the CA process -Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery , adherence to contracts, timelines, and budgets. -Provide technical guidance, anticipate challenges, and recommend substitutions that meet specifications.

What You Bring

-5–7+ years in the North American architectural industry, with experience as a Construction Contract Administrator on moderately complex projects. -Proficient in Revit; experience with contract administration software (e.g., Rform) is an asset. -Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -CCCA designation (CSC) preferred or in-progress. -Educational/professional background as an Architectural Technologist, Bachelor of Architecture, or PMP credential. -Valid G driver’s license. -Strong understanding of building codes, building science, and construction best practices.
