Tasks

This is a role where you’ll lead with confidence, influence strategy, nurture talent, and strengthen client relationships—while being part of a friendly, collaborative, people-first culture. -Offer strategic advice on landscape capacity, sensitivity and character, including Green Belt evaluations -Guide, mentor and support a talented team, helping shape their professional growth -Engage in business development - supporting bids, building relationships, and spotting new opportunities -Provide expert input across LVIA, TVIA and strategic landscape assessments -Work alongside multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver joined-up, innovative project solutions -Lead, oversee and deliver landscape and townscape planning projects with a focus on quality and client satisfaction

From concept to planning inquiry, your expertise will help guide decisions that shape real places and long-term outcomes. Our client is looking for people from Principal to Associate-Director level so if you have 5+ years experience it is worth applying! -A proven track record leading complex projects and managing client relationships -Extensive experience in landscape planning -Strong LVIA / TVIA expertise and a broad understanding of landscape assessment work -Excellent communication skills and a leadership style that inspires confidence -Chartered status (CMLI or equivalent)
