Tasks

-Automating processes to improve level of analysis and efficiency -Supporting management discussions with preparation of presentations and data-analysis -Become business partner for assigned departments -Participation in month and year end closing (reconciliations, accurate reporting) -Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities -Support with budget, forecasting and material cost controlling (e.g., variance-analysis) -Liaising with stakeholders across the organisation; in the UK and in other entities -Contribute to team goals for high quality timely reporting and analysis

What You Bring

-Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office applications; particularly Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables etc.) -Special ad-hoc reporting and analysis -Result focused without losing attention to detail -Entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities for improvement -Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field -Pro-active approach and willingness to learn from/reflect on mistakes -Experience in Finance or Accounting is an advantage -Data visualisation tools (PowerBI or similar) -Clear logical approach to problem solving -Inquisitive and finding satisfaction in solving problems -Good knowledge in BI technologies and Statistics -Analytical skills and numerical ability -Ability to communicate confidently with associates at all levels -Interest and knowledge in Programming and Data Science -Coping under pressure with tight deadlines
