Overview

Temp admin for indirect purchasing: raise PO, follow‑up, receipt & invoice queries.

Tasks

-Follow-up correspondence and enquiry handling including expediting goods or services. -Administration of indirect purchasing including raising and placing Purchase Orders. -Receipting services on the system and handling invoice queries. -Expediting production parts – emailing / calling suppliers for update or confirmation dates.

What You Bring

-Able to use email. -Office administration experience. -Experience in purchasing in a manufacturing environment desirable but not essential. -Good communication skills with ability to talk to and concisely and accurately email suppliers. -Meticulous attention to detail is really important and persistence in gathering data and other requested information. -Highly organised. -Basic level of Microsoft Excel. -Maths and English Minium GCSE Level 5 / C. -Experience of working with MRP/ERP systems for manufacturing desirable but not essential.
