Water Restoration Lead/Crew Chief

Tasks

-Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas -Explain processes and answer customer questions, as needed -Manage and control costs of production projects -Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details -Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control -Maintain continuous communication with internal parties -Resolve problems quickly as they arise -Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities -Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly -Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns to ensure customer needs are met -Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers

What You Bring

-Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred -High school diploma/GED -Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance -Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects -Valid driver license- approved by our insurance company- required -Docusketch experience is preferred -Ability to travel locally or out of state when necessary -Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing, -IICRC certifications and/or previous fire/water/mold property restoration experience required -Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights -Effective written and oral communication -Experience managing 2-4 laborers under the Lead is preferred -Prior water restoration experience is required -Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces under buildings)
