Tasks
-Coordinate project activities and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. -Monitor project budgets, expenses, and costs, and assist in financial analysis and forecasting. -Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and problem-solving efforts. -Track progress, update schedules, and provide regular reports to management and clients. -Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues that may arise. -Assist in procuring materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. -Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. -Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and other project-related records. -Coordinate and participate in project meetings, including preparing agendas, recording meeting minutes, and following up on action items. -Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, clarify requirements, and address any concerns.

What You Bring
-Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality. -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field a plus but not required. -Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. -Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Procore. -Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator in the commercial construction industry. -Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. -Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite. -Willing to complete Assessment and Drug Test -Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions. -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. -Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
