Develop, document and train team on set of core, standard processes, inclusive of
Champion continuous improvement by leveraging data analysis, emerging technologies, and process redesign to enhance safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in machining equipment and methods including tool design, milling, EDM wire, sinker, hole-drill), technologies.
10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, including proven technical leadership.
CAM software and macro programming
Comfortable presenting to customers, leadership, and internal teams.
