Tasks

-Ensure Project Timelines and milestone management for Logistics Projects. -Work on logistics operations projects streamline inbound shipments to Cross dock. -Providing the cost saving analytics to reginal corporate team and business team. -Support global Logistics projects with detailed analysis and benchmarking inputs with other sites. -Initiate & lead cost saving in Ocean, Air, Road, and parcel modes. -Co-ordinate and create multidimensional reports to showcasing the key performance indicators with on time delivery. -Prepare cost out summary, analysis as a part of monthly reporting. -Drive continuous improvements process in Logistics transport planning &Execution. -Reporting and review of new transitions and ongoing logistics activities with stakeholders -Accountable and responsible for the timely, on budget delivery of reports & projects managed. -Align with Global Logistics function and support standardization of processes and leveraging of spend. -Connect with site team and understand requirements and perform analysis as per requested. -Preparing cost saving detail proposals and getting the buy offs from stake holders in defined region -Connect with site and understand requirements, challenges and work together with them to improve decision making. -Guides team associated with the project, including goal setting, and planning of performance / gate reviews.

What You Bring

-Minimum 9 years of experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Management -Expertise in Power BI -Decision making and Problem-Solving skills. -Demonstrates a collaborative Style -Influencing Skills and Critical Thinking -Self-directing and self-motivating -Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external customers -Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects -Strong excel & analytical skills in Network optimization. -Proactive analysis to corporate team for PP Vs Spend VS forecast. Premium freight compliance level not met with target level. -MBAs with 1-3 years of work experience -Digital Mindset -Good exposure in Global Logistics and Good understanding of factors impacting Logistics -5 years’ experience in data analytics will be added advantage. -Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI , Visio & Project) -Should be well versed with Data & Information Management, Ad-hoc reporting, Market research -An individual with a strong sense of urgency and customer focus
