Tasks

-Review lease agreements and draft reports and valuations. -Assist in property inspections and measured surveys. -Research and analyse comparable information. -Input comparable transactions into our database.

What You Bring

-Full Driver’s License -Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team environment and to tight timescales -Excellent IT and analytical skills with particular attention to detail -Hands-On Experience: Work alongside Chartered Surveyors and Directors on property inspections, measured surveys, and more. -Experience in Argus Enterprise/Developer and DCF modelling an advantage -Must hold an SCSI accredited property degree and ability to obtain a PSRA license -Professional Qualification: We ensure you demonstrate the behaviours required to become an SCSI and RICS-qualified surveyor. -Good communication skills – Written and Oral
