Tasks

-Install new residential roofs, perform full re-roofs, retrofits, and roof repairs. -Ensure all roof penetrations are sealed and meet quality and safety standards. -Support occasional warranty and service calls. -Maintain clean, safe work sites and follow local codes and company standards. -Work with shingle, tile, foam, and flat roof systems. -Identify roof issues and complete high-quality repairs (flashing, underlayment, leak fixes).

What You Bring

-Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team. -Valid driver’s license and clean MVR for the past 5 years. -Can lift 75–100 lbs and perform physical work including bending and kneeling. -OSHA 10 Certification (OSHA 30 Preferred) -Knowledge of materials, methods, and repair techniques. -Able to climb ladders, work at heights, and in various weather conditions. -Experience using standard roofing tools and safety equipment. -This is a Safety Sensitive Position and may require additional training such as First Aid, CPR and Competent Person Training. -or ability to obtain within 6 months -At least 2 years of experience in residential roofing (shingle, tile, flat roof).
