Tasks

-Assist contractors when they encountered issues using the production tracker. -Assist with developing and drafting processes and procedures necessary to maintain efficient operations. -Ensure work orders are fully executed and filed properly. -Issue PO numbers to each work order. -Setup work orders into the Elixir System. -Create purchase requisitions in Oracle. -Assist with developing construction cost estimates. -Maintain and manage database used to track the status of each work order. -Interact with project teams regarding work order requirements. -Assist Project Controls Director with assigned duties -Setup work orders into the Production Tracker database. -Create change order requisitions in Oracle. -Using design documents, create work orders and issue them to contractors for execution.
