Tasks

-Indirectly lead and develop other engineers and project managers on your immediate team -Lead technical project activities focused in infrastructure including but not limited to waste water, water systems, utilities, pump stations, and roadways -Lead proposals and development of scope, schedule, and budget. -Manage client relationships and deliver projects within budget, meeting schedule contractual commitments -Manage permitting agency relationships and develop technical feasibility studies, engineering designs, and technical reports

We are looking for a Civil Engineering Project Manager who is looking for an opportunity to be a part of a rapid-growth team, engage in leadership activities, and manage civil engineering projects and client relationships. -7+ years of hands-on civil enginering experience including design, reports, feasibility studies, and permitting processes -Minimum of 3 years working directly with customers. -PE License in South Dakota, or ability to apply for reciprocity -Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
